Order Status

1. How long does it take for my order to ship?

It normally takes 24-48 hours to process and ship an order depending on when you placed it. We do not process or box orders on weekends. In the rare event an order takes longer to process/ship we will contact you stating why and what your options are. Once shipped it can take up to 6 business days to get to you depending on the delivery service you selected. Special Delivery need like Next Day, 2-Day and 3-Day options are available when you check out. Most orders are shipped same day if order is placed before 3pm EST.

2. How can I check the status of my order?

As long as you have entered a valid email address you will receive an email once your tracking number is available. You can also login to your account, and select the order you wish to track and you can access your tracking number here.

3. What if my order did not arrive in time?

UPS does not guarantee delivery times for UPS Ground shipments to any residential address. The only guarantee is on UPS Air shipments. If your 2nd Day or Next Day Air package doesn't arrive on time you will need to send an EMAIL to our office. Please include your order number. Be advised that claims must be made within 15 days from the date your merchandise was SHIPPED, (the date the carrier accepted the shipment from us, not the date you received the package).

4. What if I need to make a change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change or cancel any or all parts of your order, you must send us an EMAIL stating what items you need to edit and why. You must include your Order Number, Purchaser's Name and the item(s) that needs editing. This process must be done via EMAIL and not through the online live support.

5. I am missing items from my order.

If you are missing an item from your order, please contact us immediately via EMAIL or via Live Online Support. We will then start an extensive investigation. We will check the weight of a properly packed package against the weight of the package missing the item and compare the two to ensure that the package was missing when it left our warehouse. We will also check our inventory of the item to confirm that we do have extra item(s) in stock. We will work as hard and fast as possibile and most claims typically take 2-8 business days to complete however sometimes it can take up to 3-4 weeks in certain circumstances.

6. Can I combine multiple orders?

Because we are so efficient, once an order is placed, packing lists are immediatly sent to our warehouse for packing and shipping thus making it hard to combine orders.

7. Out of Stock Item's?

If an item is Out-of-Stock, you are unable to add it to your shopping cart. Due to the high demand of certain items and the fast turnaround, we are unable to send you an email once an item comes back into stock. If an item is found out of stock after your order was placed, we will first find out the estimated earliest time we are able to get the item back in stock at which point you will be informed if you wish to wait and have your item placed on the backorder list or if you wish to cancel the item. Either way, you will not be charged for items found to be out of stock. You will not be charged until the item ships. On Backordered items in this sense you will not be charged shipping again if backordered item is from another part order that has been previously shipped. We are not responsibile for misquoted time from manufacture.

8. Does my Shipping address and Billing address have to match?

Due to recent high percentage of fraud cases, for fraud protection purposes, all orders about $500 need to be shipped to the Billing Address. All items over $1000 need an Adult Signature upon delivery.

9. My Air Tank(s) are empty. How do I get it filled?

For saftey reasons, air tanks can not be shipped while filled with pressured air. All paintball fields have refill stations. Other Suggested Locations: Sports Authority (East coast), SportMart (West coast). You may be able to get compressed air tanks filled at a local Scuba/Diving Shop.

10. Do you have Free Shipping on all paintball orders?

Any order over $99 qualifies for Free Ground Shipping. The customer is responsible for entering the Promotional Code "FreeShip" in the coupon code area during checkout. Orders processed without this code are not eligible for free shipping. Not applicable to back orders. Internet orders only. Free ground shipping on internet orders OVER $99 before any shipping fees are added. Only available for shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Not Valid for PO BOXES and USPS Mail. Paintballs are not included in this offer. If paintballs are placed in an order which qualifies for free shipping the paintballs will be canceled from the order. Free Ground Shipping amount can not be credited towards Next Day, 2nd Day or 3day shipping options.

11. Do I have to pay sales tax?

You do not have to pay sales tax unless you live in Pennsylvania. The current sales tax rate in Pennsylvania is 6%

Warranty's / Refund's

1. What if something is wrong with my paintballs?

PaintballMegastore.com does not extend a warranty on paintballs. PaintballMegastore.com is not responsible for any damage that occurs during the shipment of paintballs. All paintballs are carefully examined upon receipt and again before packaging takes place while filling your order. Transit handling and climate conditions can alter the quality of paintballs. Please take temperature changes into consideration when placing your order. Be sure to thoroughly inspect all bags of paintballs upon receipt of delivery.

2. My product is broken or missing parts?

PaintballMegastore.com does not provide warranty repair or service for any product sold online. Once an item has been sold, all warranty issues must be handled directly through the manufacturer. The contact information for each manufacturer is listed HERE.

3. Can I return anything?

You may return most merchandise within 30 days of the original invoice date. Certain products may not be returned for any reason, including paintballs and any washed or worn apparel item.

  • My item is unopened and unused.
    Unopened and unused products returned for credit to your credit card will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Merchandise must be returned complete with all the original manufacturer's packaging, manual(s), blank warranty cards, miscellaneous parts and accessories. Incomplete returns will be subject to additional charges at our discretion. Unopened and unused products returned for in-store credit (issued in the form of a gift certificate) will not be subject to the 15% restocking fee. However, merchandise must still be returned complete with all the original manufacturer's packaging, manual(s), blank warranty cards, miscellaneous parts and accessories. Incomplete returns will be subject to additional charges at our discretion. Do not use the item's packaging as the shipping box; any item returned with damaged packaging or markings on the item's box will be subject to additional restocking fees or no credit at all all at our discretion.

  • What about open or used items?
    Open or used products returned to Paintballmegastore.com will be subject to a restocking fee to be determined upon receipt us. This restocking fee will vary depending on the condition of the returned merchandise. Merchandise that has been used and/or shows signs of wear and tear will be subject to a 15-80% restocking fee. Use is defined as any attempts to install, fire, wear, wash, or ride. You must contact us first via EMAIL.

  • Paintball guns
    Some high end paintball guns may not be returned to Paintballmegastore.com. If the gun has been used, all repairs must be handled exclusively by the manufacturer. If you send us your gun and we determine that we cannot accept it, we will contact you and either return it to you or forward it to the manufacturer for repair.

4. How do I contact someone at PaintballMegastore.com?

The best way to reach our offices is one of 2 ways. The first is via EMAIL. Most emails are responded to within 3 hours however it can take up to 48 hours pending weekend hours, holidays or other unforseen issues. The other way is via Online live Chat. In order to keep the cost of the products low for you the customer, all of our sales reps are also the pickers and packers of the orders which keeps us away from the phone. But be assured that you will get the best support and service you need and deserve.

5. What Name will Appear on my Credit Card Statement?
