TERMS OF SALE
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! No exchanges or trades will be given toward another purchase of the same or different product.
If you have a product compatibility question or issue, we recommend you contact our sales staff prior to placing your order to insure that the product in question will work with your application and/or setup. Inspect your package immediately upon delivery! Any product damaged in transit must be reported within 3 business days. No refunds or credits will be given for markers that have been used or modified in any way. All paintball markers and paintball gear are warranteed by the manufacturer. If you have received the wrong item, PaintballMegastore.com will credit you once item has been returned for the full amount paid for the item and the return shipping cost that you pay to return it to us (not to exceed the original cost of shipping). Items returned due to shipping errors must be accompanied by a valid RMA# which is only issued by our Service Dept. You can contact the Dept by EMAIL or via Live Online Chat . No special order items (custom jerseys, gun colors, or electronic devices) can be returned to us for credit. All returns must be recieved unopened and unused. NO PRODUCT THAT BEARS A MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY MAY BE RETURNED TO US FOR ANY REASON. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
There is NO WARRANTY expressed or implied on the usability or quality of paintballs of any type, brand or color after they leave our warehosue. PaintballMegastore.com reserves the right to substitute colors of paintballs purchased online. If you MUST have a particular color please contact our Sales Department via EMAIL or via Live Online Chat to insure that the color you require is available at the moment your order is placed. Due to the high volume of paintball orders we can not guarantee the availability of certain colors of paintballs online.
